Wescom Glass’ safety program is excellent and is in good working order with all of our staff participating in making it as successful as possible. We all work together to reduce the risk of incidents. Wescom Glass realizes the value of having a trained, safety-conscious workforce. Our employees are committed to safety, not just for their own well being, but for public safety as well.
In recent years we have really stepped up to the demand for safety in the workplace. We believe that training and knowledge is the key to a safe work environment. A majority of our staff have completed courses on machine operation, fall arrest, first aid and fire training.
We constantly strive to better our program and provide our employees with the tools and training to conduct their tasks in the safest manner possible.
Wescom Glass’ management takes a leading role in ensuring the work place is a safe place, showing that safety is of greatest importance at all levels.
Our low number of incidents recorded validates our hard work and commitment to our safety program.
